Radian Group, Inc. hosted a bustling holiday party at their Wayne office building last week. A large setup in the lobby afforded space for caricatures and a mobile casino with Craps, Blackjack, and Poker, plus a Live DJ provided by Roberts Events Group. The festive signature cocktail for the evening was dubbed The Winter Wonderland, and was a mix of vodka, peppermint schnapps and white chocolate liqueur shaken and served up in a martini glass with a red sugar rim and mini candy cane.
We presented a raw bar with shrimp cocktail and snow crab claws, a spread of hummus and a selection of cheeses, plus butlered hor d’oeuvres. For dinner, we served Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Shrimp, and General’s Chicken with lo mein noodles and white rice, alongside an assortment of sushi and sashimi.
